  • i take acidophilis supplements instead,I can't stand yogurt!

  • Read the label; the yogurt should have lots of live cultures, little or no sugar, no artificial sweeteners (like sucralose, splenda, high fructose corn syrup), and no gelatin. I prefer Greek-style, like Oikos or Chobani; plain with a little maple syrup.

    Or, just buy a (refrigerated) probiotic; your whole family should be taking one every day to boost your immune system.

  • it has been over 10 years since i have taken an antibiotic.
    i do take a good probiotic pretty regularly though.
    there is a greater variety of and many more cultures in a capsule.
