I got up to 212 maybe 220lbs while preg
2 weeks after giving birth I was 180lbs...so approx 40lb drop
I didn't want or try to lose that much weight but i did and now I have a flabby mess behind. I moisturize a lot now which seems to help, and I'm also losing the rest of the weight VERY slowly to prevent more flabby skin.
My goal weight is 145lbs...I'm 5'7" and I'm pretty muscular so that's a nice weight for me.
Any ideas on how to lose weight SLOWLY. I can lose 5lbs a wk when I try but the doc said only between 2-3 no more. Advice on slowing it down?
