2 Bumps

So I have a flabby belly... :)

and chunky thighs at the moment.

I got up to 212 maybe 220lbs while preg
2 weeks after giving birth I was 180lbs...so approx 40lb drop

I didn't want or try to lose that much weight but i did and now I have a flabby mess behind. I moisturize a lot now which seems to help, and I'm also losing the rest of the weight VERY slowly to prevent more flabby skin.

My goal weight is 145lbs...I'm 5'7" and I'm pretty muscular so that's a nice weight for me.

Any ideas on how to lose weight SLOWLY. I can lose 5lbs a wk when I try but the doc said only between 2-3 no more. Advice on slowing it down?

  • I am currently trying to lose mine also. Weights and strength training help with the flabby and cardio helps drop the pounds. I'm trying to do abdominal tightening with some bike riding (which will also tone up my legs). Good Luck! You're not alone.

  • We are built exactly alike! I'm doing yoga and using a firming moisturizer.

  • Pilates and walking lunges will help firm up your thighs and belly:)

  • It won't continue to come off that fast. I'd keep doing what you're doing. It's going to slow down.
