What can I do to help wake me up besides a nap with my kids?

  • Yeah, get your heart rate up, that will wake up your whole body!

  • Exercise. Jog around the house or in front of the TV. Drink iced beverages.

  • Jump and do 15 jumping jacks. Put on soem up-beat music and dance around for a while.

  • iced coffee and get a little exercise. an ab workout usually does it for me. bonus points if you use skim milk in your iced coffee :)
