My son is 7 mo. but has been on this schedule for about a month. 630am Breakfast 3 cubes fruit plus cereal (I make my own baby food so a cube is like an ice cube size amount). 9am 7 oz Bottle followed by a nap. 1100am lunch 2 cubes veggie, 2 cubes fruit, Baby Mum Mum (Baby's first finger food...rice rusks that dissolve quickly), plus diluted juice in a sippy cup. (Not a nutritional necessity but my son is constipated and I like to teach the use of a sippy cup early...it helps when you try to get them off the bottle at a year). 2pm 7 oz bottle and a nap. 330pm 4 oz bottle (which I'll switch to a solid food snack around 9 mo.) 530 pm 2 cubes fruit, 2 cubes veggie, plus diluted juice and solid fruit in a mesh feeder (usually frozen blueberries, apples, pear or cantaloupe). 630 pm 7 oz bottle and bed. (He sometimes wakes in the night for a feeding too).
