What's some good ways to cook steak?

I love to cook it with pepper and salt and marinate it in BBQ sauce..

  • pound it....put dip in egg wash, dip in seasoned flour, and pan fry......serve with a side of mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.

  • I don't care for marinating beef. I think it starts the cooking process. I like just salt and pepper. I always make sure I take my meats out of the fridge about 20 minutes before I cook them and let them rest for 15 afterwards. well maybe only 5 for a steak.

  • I just use kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, then grill it. My husband sometimes uses "Grill Mates" Montreal seasoning.

  • I pan sear them usually

    seasonings - just depends on my mood. cajun seasoning and butter if I want something similar to Bourbon Street from Applebee's, garlic and herbs, or sometimes just salt and pepper. I don't usually marinate them though

  • On the grill is the ONLY way IMO. The plainer the better, I like to taste the meat, not the salt it soaked in.
