  • Grilled cheese and tomato soup. No matter what I make, that's always the biggest hit!

He also loves almost all pasta, and surprisingly peas and carrots. I just but the frozen peas and carrot mix, microwave them, and serve them and he gobbles it all up.

  • If I ask him what he wants it's couscous. well "chicky couscous" which is couscous with shreded chicken in it. He also loves pot pies. He also loves mac n cheese and green beans. But I am lucky b/c he will eat just about anything except tomato sauce- lol

  • spaghetti is his favorite but i'm sure that's not an original idea. lol

he also likes "quesadillas". i fry some whole wheat tortillas with cheese on them in extra virgin olive oil. and serve them with bell peppers, onions, corn, beans, and salsa. he really like that too.
