A PMS question for you crunchy mommas.

I do try to live as natural and holistic as is reasonable for my life. I'm looking for some kind of tea or something (doesn't have to be tea, just something natural) to help me deal with the emotional symptoms of PMS.
Does anyone know of anything that works?

  • I'm not really crunchy but i prefer to take a natural route when I can. Lavender helped me I have a garden of it and I cut a lot of it and put it in the rooms that i use the most. There is comething very calming about the scent of it.
