I have been having problems with constipation and it is getting worse now I can't go at all it is been since last Sunday and also I have problems with my periods being very heavy also been tired all the time.

I just read that if you have hyperthyroidism & you are constipated, that it's not good at all. So, if you're worried about having a thyroid problem, you need to get it checked. Also, try changing your diet. If you never eat fresh fruits & veggies, or drink lots of water, you are going to feel week, We need proper nutrients to maintain out body & if we're not getting proper nutrients, you will feel sluggish. thyroids have nothing to do with constipation. Find foods high in fiber (oatmeal, beans, whole wheat breads), eat LOTS of fruits & veggies & eat some yogurt. Drink lots of water too. Constipation is a sign of bad diet, not bad thyroids.
