Can you break a lease due to a mold issue in NY?

We've been living in this apartment for a year & have had an ongoing mold issue. Each time more mold pops up, they just spray bleach on it & paint over it. They aren't doing anything to actually fix the moisture issue. Our lease isn't up until NEXT June. Would this be a good enough reason to break our lease? I have two small children & I'm currently pregnant...I'm very concerned about the health hazards.
