Canker Sores

Anyone have suggestions for canker sores in a 5 year old?

  • I have heard that a lysine supplement can help with this, but I have never tried it myself.

  • Doc gave us lidocaine liquid, but it doesn't numb very long at all.

  • Zilactin B. You put it on a Q-tip and rub it on the canker sore and it covers it in a medicated film that lasts all night and even into the next day. It will burn a little at first but it is amazing. I used it when I had braces.
