  • Oh, and if I want to fake that I've cooked something, frozen burritos covered with canned chili & frozen grated cheese. Add chips and picante sauce and it's a "home-cooked" mexican dinner. LOL! That's a stand-by, and my DH loves it!

  • When I make lasagna I always make an extra pan and freeze it. Then I can toss it in the oven, or my husband can and its ready when we need it.

  • spaghetti or tacos. LOL i buy my ground beef in about 20 pound packs at atime. i precook and freeze in 1 pound bundles. making quickie dinners like the two i said very easy

  • Breakfast here, too. Omelets and scrambled eggs only take a few minutes. Add some fruit and it's dinner.
