We have been doing so great on walking 2 miles a day but Sunday we pushed it we added 1 mile extra (big mistake) Monday we felt so blah sowetook the day off then today it looks like it's going to rain my dh just got home from work we had dinner now he is past out on the recliner. OK so tomorrow for sure we need to get back to it. Right? We have been walking for the past 3 wks until recently. I don't want to give in to laziness again.
