My son has food allergies to Dairy, eggs, nuts, mustard, poppy and sesame seed. Does anyone have some different recipes to share?

  • use chicken broth in a recipe that calls for milk ( not on baked goods like cake then use lactose free milk or soy) thats what I do because #1 I dislike soy milk #2 lactose free milk is too much $$
    it wouldn't be hard to stay away from the mustard,poppy seeds, sesame seeds, nuts.
    can he have an egg if inside something else like cake?
