  • i lost 125 lbs. before i had kids and had to lose 50lbs. after each kid (i have 3). i went on a 1200 cal / day diet and did moderate exercise. that's it. i can't remember how long it took me to lose the 125 lbs. but i know i lost the baby weight within 6 months each time.

  • i working on this goal too just started but i taking in 1200 cal and using wii fit plus to workout good luck to you

  • yes- counted calories...didn't worry about what I ate at parties or on holidays...always made sure I got something for dessert every night ;)
    lost 65 lbs I would eat an average of about 1500 cals a day

  • Accidently the summer after high school. I was depressed and started walking a lot to clear my head. I ended up walking 10 miles a day in the evenings, took about 2 to 2.5 hours total. I lost a little over 70 pounds between early June and mid-September. I didn't really change eating habits, but I didn't eat a lot.
