  • Spaghetti - all you need is noodles, sauce, some bread and salad.
Tacos - you can usually find some ground beef of some kind on sale.
Burgers - buns, meat, condiments, chips.
Hot dogs - same as Burgers

  • Baked Spaghetti
    4-5 cans of tomato soup
1 lb. colby cheese cut into cubes
    spaghetti noodles cooked
    Salt and pepper
    * dump all that into a pot and stir
And cook at 350 for 45 min
You could serve in with cucumbers
sliced, salt and peppered, dump a little ranch
and a little milk. And mix

  • I like the swedish meatballs they sell at Ikea. They're in a frozen bag. I buy one bag of frozen meatballs, about 5 bucks, with a packet of the swedish meatbal sauce, which is about 1.00...then a bag of egg noodles, about 1.50. I'm sure you can get it all at any grocery store, but the Ikea brand is actualy damn good. I mean, they are swedish...LOL!

    It make a LOT!

  • basically anything pasta is pretty easy to do on a large scale like that for pretty cheap. I do ravioli lasagna, a baked penne dish that's similar to lasagna, spaghetti with mozerella stuffed meatballs, cajun chicken alfredo

  • Just a few ideas:

    1. Soups with muffins. (Eg, Potatoes, Bacon, Chives, a cream cheese, milk, cheese and muffin mix. Broccoli and cheese is also easy.) - Make in a slow cooker

    2. Pinto Beans over rice with Mexican cornbread. (Soak beans overnight and cook in slow cooker with an internet recipe for spice levels)

    3. Chili with cornbread - it can even be from a can. The cornbread makes it seem homemade.:-)

    4. Roast with red potatoes and onions. It costs a bit more, but it is very substantial and you can have leftovers.

    5. Hot dogs with chips - jazz it up with homemade cupcakes with sprinkles

    6. Any pasta dish - spaghetti, fettuccine, noodles with butter and parmesan cheese etc
