Well, at 1yr. they can eat just about anything that you would eat, only cut-up. For meal ideas: Breakfast - cheerios or other low-sugar adult cereal, cut-up bananas, oatmeal, full-fat yogurt, cut-up strawberries, half a piece of toast w/ butter or jelly, blueberries, scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc. Lunch - meatballs, quesadillas, cooked cut-up carrots, broccoli, peas, sweet potato, string cheese, rice, noodles, stew, etc. Dinner - whatever you are eating Snacks - cottage cheese, cut-up fruit, crackers, etc.
