What's the hardest thing you've found parenting teens?

For me, dealing with the hormone rollercoaster. Otherwise, my children have gone through their teen years pretty smoothly.

  • Learning to compromise and accepting that they have different views and ideas then I do sometimes. Also accepting that what I once was so sure was the "right thing" isn't always so.

  • Too familiar! I've learned to communicate more than once in different forms if necessary. I've been know to text my kids what I want from them.
