How often do you clean your baseborards?

I was just changing my sons diaper in the hall way- we were there and the wipes were right there in the bathroom- and I saw how dirty my baseboards looked so I wiped them down in the hall way. I wiped them down in the living room a couple of weeks ago.

I'm just wondering how often (if ever LOL) people do really isn't "hard" but takes a while- esp. if you do them around the whole house.

  • I agree they are really easy to overlook. I try to do a little at a time but it ends up only being about twice a year unless something gets spilled in that area.

  • depends on how often my teenager gets into trouble - that is the only time they get cleaned LOL

  • I'd have to say only about twice a year (when I do spring/fall cleaning) unless something gets spilled on them or something. They're kind of easy to overlook.

  • Usually once a year, during my spring cleaning. BUt if I'm walking by and notice they are dusty on top or have something on them, then I will wipe them down quickly (not a thorough scrubbing).

  • Usually when I change things around. Like last night we moved my dd's room around and of course cleaned those...
