  • Personally, I am all for BANNING nursing covers. They are not only pointless, they teach that it is something to be hidden- which it most definitely is not.
(BTW- even my boys nursed their babies- for my 1st ds, it was a stuffed frog! lol)

  • Good Grief, NO! I cannot stand it when my lo covers their head under the blankets to sleep. I worry about her not getting enough O2 sleeping like that. I'd have the same worry about a baby under a cover. When I did BF, I didn't use a cover, so there is no point in teaching my dd's to cover. This is just another perfect example of people making a buck from another senseless fad.

  • I think it's cute. I probably wouldn't buy one though. A blanket tied across their shoulders would suffice.

  • I didn't read the article but, I "fake" BF'd and so, did my little girls and people thought it was cute. My kids told people that mommy fed the baby mommy milk and daddy gave her coke in a bottle. No, he didn't give her coke they just didn't know what to call it.

  • I sure in the heck wouldn't buy one. I won't even buy my self one. lol. My daughter carries a little blanket for when she is "feeding" her baby. I like that she is being modest in public. At home she doesn't cover and neither do I. I think who ever made those is smart though because you know someone is buying them. LOL
