Constipated three year old

My daughter hasn't had a poo in three days (this is the third day). Prune juice isn't working so far. She wouldn't eat the apple I gave her. Raisins and dried cranberries aren't helping, either.
Any other ideas? I was considering just giving her a tablespoon or so of Magnesium Citrate. I know it really works for me! Any thoughts appreciated!

  • Call your ped but I have given a little mineral oil mixed in food to help my LO before and they said it was okay. 3 days is long time though.

  • Good.

Mineral oil in some Kern's nectar juice always worked well for my daughter.
