  • I find if i give my little man a waffle with syrup, he goes within an hour. The high fructose corn syrup in the syrup does it for him. I actually figure this out by accident.

  • bicycle his legs and get him moving around more. Gently move his legs while bent side to side while he is laying on his back. Drink lots of apple juice, water, apples, give more fruits and veggies.

  • Apples are high in fiber. High fiber, whole grain breads, You can add wheat germ to foods. Green leafy vegetables are good for digestioin. Prunes. I guess it would help to know just how bad the constipation is.
    My sister used to have to give her son enemas every two weeks. It was REALLY BAD.

  • A little Karo syrup mixed in with a cup of apple juice....NEVER fails.

  • No sugar, no simple/white grains, no meat or dairy.

    Fill his diet with whole grains, vegetables, legumes and fruits. Make sure that he drinks lots of water.
