Does coffee offer you more caffeine than soda??

Just wondering!! I drink soda during the day for the caffeine, but wonder if I would be better off drinking coffee??? I know coffee would be less fattening.. LOL

  • 12 oz can of Pepsi = 55mg caffeine
12 oz can of Coke = 34mg caffeine
8oz cup of drip coffee = 115-175mg caffeine (depends on strength)
