how can i calculate how many days are in my cycle?? I dont know if i have a regular 28 day cycle.

  • The first day of your period is day 1. Then just count until your next period, which starts a new cycle.

  • I have a 30 day cycle.
    the PP is right. just count from the first day of your last period until the first day of your next.

  • get a calendar.
    on the first day of your period, put a mark on the calendar
    do this every month for a few months, just to see if you have a set number of days or if it varies slightly each month.
