Any new tips or products for my teething 3 month old son???

  • Hylands teething tablets. A frozen washcloth to chew on.

  • I agree with braiden is my son. Tylenol is also ok too. I was told by my pedi to stay away from orajel as much as possible because although it does help, it can harden the gums making it harder for the teeth to come through. Its a catch

  • A wet washcloth placed into the freezer for a while is an excellent teether. We do not medicate for teething.

  • Avoid medicating. most people over medicate which makes medication less effective and it often doesn't even last. Don't use orajel. It can make it worse, it can burn, and it numbs everything BUT where the pain is. Put some in your own mouth to see why. Alsoyou don't want to numbe a baby that young you could effect breathing.

    The only things that work for teething is time, patience, love, nursing, sitting upright and cold.
