  • My husband and I are self-employed so we have to get our own family policy, no group discounts. It's expensive and we each have a $4000 deductible, plus a $4000 deductible for the 2 kids combined. So basically that means that we get a well-visit once per year that is covered (except a $40 copay) and other than that, we try like hell not to go to the doctor for anything at all. We're scared to death to go without it though, in case something catastrophic happens.

  • Yes, my husband works in local government, so for our area, we have the best. I love it! They're even covering my homebirth. =)

  • barely....$1000 detuctible before anything is covered- so when you take in to consideration what I make, there's no way I can afford to see a dr

  • Yes, we have Tricare and it's great. The only thing we have to pay for is prescriptions if we fill them at somewhere like Walgreens. Then it's $3/9/22
