My daughter turned two, and now she's gone crazy!! What's going on?

My daughter turned two years old last week, and she's gone crazy!!! Throwing her food on the floor, getting into things she's not supposed to, saying "NOOOO!" everytime I ask her to do something, whining, crying, tantrums....AAAAHHHH!!

Is this normal behavior? I'm losing my mind and my patience dealing with her behavior!

  • same thing happened with my daughter, the day of her second birthday she woke up a different person...terrible twos! it's time to start putting your foot down, she will test you in every way, shape and form to see what she can get away with.

  • My DS is the same way. Sometime I feel like I am walking on eggshells just so I won't set him off. I don't know if its normal or if we both just unlucky. Or maybe its just the terrible twos?

  • Wow that's pretty late for her to be acting out. mine has been this way since birth. She is only 15 mos.and acts just like this. Ignore the tantrums. She will get bored and stop.

  • I swear my son did the same thing when he had just turned two. Thankfully it only lasted a week or two. You just have to know how to stay calm & handle the situation at hand ! GL to you :)
