Detox and Cleansing. Is it healthy to do???

  • it is not necessary . you r body has a built in detoxification system. if you do not burden your system with processed foods and un needed chemicals you do not need a detox. eating green veggies and cutting the junk should suffice! i would never buy a product to help you detox!
    and never ever purchase a product that helps pull toxins from your body either...they will pull nutrients as well!
    i think moms especially need to be careful when considering a cleanse, because if you did not nourish yourself properly during pregnancy and breastfeeding then your body will steal from you for your baby.
    it is best to have a healthy lifestyle!
