  • Chicken Pot Pie

3 Cups cooked and cut up chicken breasts

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

    1 can chicken broth

    2 cups frozen veggies

    2 refrigerated pie crusts

Mixed all ingredients into a pot, heat until warm. Only use enough chicken broth to thin the mixture. Put one crust in bottom of pie tin and fill with mixture and cover with other crust. Bake @350 until crust is brown.

  • Go to the library, and check out a kids cookbook (Pretend Soup is my favorite); there is also a great kids cooking website: http://www.spatulatta.com/ . Once they have mastered the basics, let them go to the library and pick out more challenging cookbooks.
