  • Absolutely. I have to eat better now or I'll gain weight, and my energy level has dropped considerably. I've been exercising (elliptical) every morning, that helps get me going. (It also helps with those little aches and pains that I seem to have all the time now.)

  • yes, but i don't think it has anything to do with my age. i haven't worked out regularly in years, i don't eat right, and i don't even go on my old-daily walks anymore. that, combined with hormonal changes..whew...what a hot mess!

  • I was just 43 a few days ago. I had my son when I was 39. I think I am in better shape now than before I had him because I had a desk job for 13 years and was very stagnant. Now I never sit during the day hardly. I am super tired but It probably has to do with always running after him and being super busy. I used to sleep a lot more than I get to do now too so I can't really tell if it's from my age or from being a Mom. I have no health issues except I developed high blood pressure as soon as he was born but I hope with weight loss I can correct it. I just lost 5 pounds this past week! Yea!!

  • Definitely! It started the day I turned 40, I swear. I never wore glasses before. The day after I turned 40, I needed some. I do gain weight very easily now. My skin has changed, I can now see sun damage on my upper chest area. I have aches and pains that I never had before. This stuff sucks!!

  • Yes, but I developed thyroid cancer, so that changed everything.....

  • Yes. I eat much better now so my energy level is acutally better than in my thirties. I have to watch out though because I get sick more easily. No explanation for that!
