  • We get a large fireworks display we can see from our house. Probably BBQ chicken since my kids love it so much-and corn on the cobb.

  • We are going to the in laws and hopefully we will all be together for fireworks. My inlaws are great cooks and they will probably have deviled eggs, sweet corn, hot dogs, potato salad, ect..

  • We're taking kiddos to the lake. They have an excellent display every year, and we love going! This year they're gonna add some carnival rides and a live band. (Why do they call it a LIVE band? I've sure never seen anythign else. lol.)

Anyway...I'm really excited about the whole weekend! DD turned 1 today so we're having her b-day party Saturday, then the lake Sunday!

  • We are staying home, and having a barbecue/watching the fireworks for our rooftop patio overlooking the harbor. We'll be grilling apple chicken sausages, having bacon and egg potato salad, horseradish potato salad, spaghetti salad with feta and veggies, spiral pasta salad, ramen noodle salad and broccoli bacon salad......plus homemade strawberry shortcakes for dessert.

  • I have no plans and I'm pretty bummed about it. Our city also isn't holding fireworks due to budget reasons this year. :(

  • We are going camping in the RV tomorrow night, home Saturday for some swim time. Sunday, smoking all kinds of food, and hubby got a little over excited on buying fireworks! Needless to say, it'll be loud at our house for about an hr.!!
