  • I don't know about side dishes. If you don't get any good ideas from here, go to allrecipes.com and above the search bar click on "Ingredients". Then type in your smoked sausage and anything else you want to use and it'll bring up recipes with those things in it!

  • Hot German potato salad is our favorite, otherwise it's regular potato salad or macaroni salad, baked beans, corn on the cob.

  • If I am making like polish sausage on the grill, then I usually put it on kabobs, with lots of summer veggies and grill some pineapples.
If I am cooking it inside, usually scalloped potatoes, and broccoli or squash

  • If it is Italian sausage you can always just cook it with some peppers and oinions and eat them like subs. Or add it cut up to a jar of pasta sause. It makes a good dirty rice or jambalaya 9Zatarans has mixes) Cut it into rounds fry it (maybe with some oniions) and serves over mashed potatoes. Have fun
