Is it weird that my mood seems to be tied to the weather?

  • No, not weird at all! I think thats true for a lot of people. There is even such a thing as winter depression...I get that. :( People around me even seem happier in the summer ! lol

  • I am the same way. It's raining again and I just don't want to do anything. It sucks, I have no energy.

  • Nope, it's perfectly natural. With me, not only do I feel changes in my mood, I also feel changes in my body. Like my knee will feel strange when it's rainy. That sort of thing.

  • It's not weird at all. I've often heard that the sunlight has something to do with people's moods being "better". I just found this article. What's weird is me, who gets motivated and happier when it's raining. LOL!

  • Nope- isn't is a normal thing? I now in Utah with all the cold it would put me in a lazy and often foul or sad mood ;)

  • It's normal. I get SAD (seasonal affective disorder), I think a lot of people do.
