  • Yes. Both of ours do. My Boston does more of a grunting thing. My bigger dog some sort of lab mix...we call him Casper the friendly ghost (his name is Chief tho). It's like he tries to bark but his mouth stays closed and he sounds more like a cartoon ghost. My husband is hard of hearing and can't hear well with out his hearing aids. But the dog gets so loud it even wakes my husband up.

  • I have had three dogs and they have all done this. I keep thinking that they are chasing after a bone in their dreams.

  • yes, mine does the same thing. It's freaking hysterical. There's a youtube video where the dog actually jumps up in his sleep and runs into the wall, that is hysterical!

  • Oh, lol, and I didn't mean barking - she's part husky and its like she tries to "talk" to us, haha - we love it!

  • Just having fun here. We don't have a dog, but we have an alligator that my husband calls his dog. I'm not sure if he talks in his sleep or not. He lives outside in our pond. LOL
