What do you most miss from your pre-motherhood days?

For me its a sense of calm. I love my boy but my house is always a hustle and bustle since he burst on the scene.

  • I miss not having to worry about anyone but myself. Getting up and going without having to pack snacks or book a baby sitter. I miss seeing adult movies, only movies I see now days are kid related. I miss sleeping past 6am, taking a shower without being disturbed, spending all my money on me.... ahhhhh the list goes on. I love my kids but they are a handful, maybe if my 4 year old daughter would stop screaming life would be a little more peaceful.

  • Not having all the worries that comes with being a mother. You worry about them when they are little, you worry about them when they are older it never ends.

  • Being my own person. It's never about me any more. It's always all about them. I know that's very ego-centric of me, but damn it. I didn't ask for this. My first child came with the package and my second was an inheritance. LOL
