How do you do P90X?

I have the DVDs but no guide. 12 DVDs for 90 days. Do you keep doing the same workouts? Do you increase the weight you use after the first phase? I am confused on the phases and what you are suposed to change. I read that you are supposed to shock your body but don't know how with just 12 workouts.

  • I think you probably need to get a guide for this. Have you contacted Beachbody to see if you can get one?
