Did you expect this? The people who wanted this fund set up and run by the government had to be to emotionally impacted to realize what they were asking for.

It's not really the Fund that is in an uproar. The question that they are grappling with is that BP feels that is should not be required to pay lost wages to those put out of work due to the moratorium.
