Give me some symbols for sexuality

What objects symbolize sexuality to you? I'm wanting to do a painting that isn't overtly sexual, but is subtly so :)

  • Iris, I've always thought that a good guitar body resembles a woman's curves,
I dont know what you have in mind though. Stuff like that? or like yin and yang?

  • New mom, I don't know what I have in mind either lol. I do best with simple, geometric shapes because I'm a total amateur.

  • Dullscissors, I doubt I have the skill to paint those things (I could probably draw them)... I think I might have to try, though lol.

  • oh gosh, doll..painting is easier than drawing!! think of the images as close-ups..maybe a tad abstract, or slight askew..a good picture is what the seer imagines through the artist's eye. :))

  • I have a hard time with shading in paints. I use acryllic and they dry so fast that I rarely get a chance to go back and shade everything properly. Plus my detail brushes suck :( I need new ones and am broke lol. Most of what I paint comes out as outlining and totally not realistic. I enjoy paiting and drawing just about equally, though, and I'm better at drawing lol. For some reason the pencil is easier for me to achieve a more realistic look with. I drive myself crazy with the paints and always end up shading my paintings in colored pencil lol.
