what are the "free foods that have 0 or just a few calories that can be eatten unlimited on a calorie limited diet.

  • I know that an apple has 80 calories and it takes approx. 80 calories to chew and digest it.

  • Veggies! Romaine lettuce, cabbage, zucchini, squash, cucumbers I have been eating slot of those lately, trying to be creative and incorporate into my meals!

  • you can eat your fill of any fruit or veggie... excluding things like bananas, avocados, and any other "starchy" fruit or veggie (BTW, corn is a grain, not a veggie.)

  • ive have a hard time chewing hard foods as my teeth are really bad so ...ummm maybe i burn extra calories putting more effort in chewing ..you think ? lol
