Could be because a baby needs nothing but breast milk or formula until they are a year old. I did a ton of research on solids, and talk to several pedi's. They all agreed, delaying solids until at LEAST 9 months, is better for the baby! Do some research on it!

Cereal is difficult to digest, you might try eliminating that. Just formula isn't enough after 6 mo. A breastfed baby can go longer than 6 mo but that's because it is the perfect food. Cow's milk is the perfect food for cows and formula is made from cow's milk. Try things like being careful about position after eating. Your baby may need meds. Reflux burns as it comes up.
