Do your kids mash up all the play doh together and it all turns brown?

  • Yep, it drives me NUTS! I stopped buying play doh for a while just for that reason. I finally started buying it again, but told DS if he mixed it together I was going to throw it away lol. I hate play doh though, I always pray that it drys fast up so I can throw it away.

  • No :P I let them each (I have 2 kids) choose a color) and when they're done and want another color, they put the first away, get out the next. I also add water to it and it rejuvinates in about a day :) We LOVE play-doh around here. I have it in a box in the hall closet for times we want to get it out.

  • I tell my girls not to mix the playdoh. Believe it or not, they listen . . . most of the time :) I used to work at a pre-school and all the kids mixed the playdoh too. Then they'd bring it to the sand table and get it full of sand. Drove the teachers crazy, but that's how kids explore.
