  • Anabelle Karmen has some wonderful baby/toddler food books that I love. She has wonderful, nutritious recipes and she explains the nutritional aspects. Also we love the Sneaky Chef books :)

  • One of my favorite kid-friendly cookbooks is "Better than peanut butter and jelly." It's full of great healthy recipes for little ones. There's a sweet potato puff recipe, light and fluffy like a souffle, that we could eat just about every day.

My son will eat just about anything made with tofu, he's been crazy about the stuff since he could first pick up little cubes. Pasta is good too, cut in to small pieces if it's large.

  • This is my dd's fave...when you make cinnamon toast, cut out a small paper heart and lay it on the toast BEFORE you sprinkle the cinnamon. It makes a stencil. CUTE!!
