  • I am not "against" them but I have chosen to delay them for my daughter because of her allergies as well as family history of bad reactions. I didn't have mine until I was seven years old and I am just fine.

  • My son is selectively vaxed. I believe each parent has the right to choose what is/is not being injected into their child's body.

  • I am not against them. I have heard and read that they can have some bad reactions, but they help a lot more kids than they hurt. I look at it like weighing the choices and making any choice involving our children. There's a chance they could die in a car crash, but I still drive, a chance she could fall down the porch stairs and break her neck, but we still go outside.
They were better for us to take the chance and get her protected from disease because she was born with a heart problem that made her more susceptible to illness and made it harder for her to get over sickness.

  • i'm not against them, but I am very selective about them. Something our bodies can easily get over, versus something deadly..I allow the more risky disease vax over the simple ones. RNL314 took the words out of my mouth..I also wish they slowed the amt of shots per visit down some! Overload Overload!

  • I am not against them, although I get asked this question a lot, as my oldest child has autism. Many people have asked me if I'm getting the younger one vaccinated. I personally do not believe that vaccines cause autism. So, yes, my one year old is up to date on his vaccines.
