  • I use Emeril's recipe and tweak it based on what's on hand in the house.

Turkey, chicken, ground beef, buffalo - whatever kind of meat we have I've used in some combination and it always turns out.

  • ground beef, italian bread crumbs, 1 egg, salt, pepper, garlic seasoning, parmesan cheese. roll into balls and bake them. After they are baked I drop them into the sauce for a few minutes. They taste a lot better than bagged balls.

  • No, I make my own. I stuff mine with mozzarella also. So yummy, but I stole my meatball recipe from Giada De Laurentis. Shh don't tell my husband! Only difference is I use ground turkey instead of beef & veal. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/bucatini-allamatriciana-with-spicy-smoked-mozzarella-meatballs-recipe/index.html
