  • I don't know any websites, but you can check your local grocery stores. Check in the natural/organic isle. See if you have a Whole Foods or Trade Joe's too.

  • Just don't buy processed crap. Get fresh produce, buy whole grains, cook at home.

  • Read the ingredients. If a package has an ingredient that you can't purchase at a grocery store, don't buy it.

  • Your local farmer's market. All processed foods have some type of preservative in it. It may only be extra sugar & salt, but it's still unhealthy. Eat only whole foods.
