What is the best kind of diaper ointment?

Tried the Butt Paste and wasn't impressed. I tried Desitin and it was better. A&D ointment seems to burn too much. What do you use and what works best?

  • My son had the best success with Aveeno Diaper Rash Cream. I don't know the how's and why's, I'm just giving you the facts. The other stuff did not work, I have no reason for it, but this stuff did.

  • Years ago there was this Baby powder. Medicated baby powder called, Ammens it was the best. DD's rash was so severe her pediatrician asked if it glowed in the dark. Even then a prescription didn't work but the Ammens powder did! Why does good products always get discontinued??
