I think I have a little giant on my hands. He has always been off the charts. He is 4'2" and 65 pounds, wearing a size 8. Everyone says he's ready to play pro football. lol

That's probably how big my son was at that age. I remember he was in size 8 pants in kindergarten. He's almost 9 now (going into 3rd grade) and has just about outgrown his size 10 jeans that I bought at the beginning of the school year. He's about 4'6" and weighs at least 75lbs. I know I can't lift him any more. He also is about to start wearing a size 5 shoe and can fit into an adult men's small shirt (he wears a kids L or XL).
My girls are the opposite. My oldest dd was only 39 1/2" tall and 32lbs when she was 5 (which is smaller than my now 4yo). She was, and still is, the smallest kid in her class. She just turned 10 and is 4' tall and just 45lbs. There is 15 months between the 2 of them and he's been taller since they were 3 and 4 years old.
