okay anytime I sit down I feel so sleepy,doesn't matter if I've slept all night I still fall asleep even first thing in the morning. What can I do so I have more energy? Even work is taking everything I have zapping me of energy I need to clean the house,cook,and chauffer.

  • It sounds crazy, but exercising regularly helps you have more energy. Are you depressed or anemic? Have you spoken to the doctor about how you are feeling?
