besides whole milk and soy milk whats the better milk to use?

13 month old daughter not handling whole milk well is rice milk best or almond better??

  • I would ask her doctor about the almond milk, you never know if she is allergic.

  • Try a lactose free milk OR skim milk....could be the milk FAT that's getting to her.

  • I would ask the doctor. I was told whole milk was the best for the first year because they need the fat and now 2% milk is good.

  • We use lactaid for our son. But this is definately something I would discuss with your doctor. They can do a test to see if she is processing the fats and the lactose. If she isn't then you will know what one to use and make a great decision based on her own personal needs.
