  • I am doing this for my daughters. Their father refuses to help, so we went to their grandmother. She is going to find out the process, we believe that with the birth certificate, and her stating that she accepts them as her family, we can go to the council and get their native american ID's.

  • IDK about the tribe you are trying to enroll your kids in but the way my tribe does it is we have to fill out an application for enrollment, include their degree of indian blood and provide birth certificates. Then the applications go to council where it will be decided if the person applying will be approved for enrollment.
