  • The Nevada State Song. Not a lullaby, but it was the song she heard in the womb, and the first song she heard when she was born. She hears it every day before naptime, bedtime, and if she gets hurt and needs to calm down. When she was in the hospital, I noticed her heart rate slows when I sing it to her.

  • "You are my sunshine", to my first baby, then the others got "Baby mine" as their first lullabies.

I also sang them "Streets of Laredo" and "Tavern in the Town".

  • We did sing and still sing lots of songs. Twinkle twinkle little star, you are my sunshine, baby's boat's a silver moon, skiddermarink? Don't know how to spell that one but we still sing it all the time! My girls can now sing all these by heart. :-)
